A spark in the heart of our city!
For over 60 years, Camp DaKaNi has served Oklahoma City as the only full-service youth camp in the heart of our metro. Translated to "a day in the out-of-doors," Camp DaKaNi invites kids of all ages to unplug, unwind, and make friends during an exciting week of outdoor activities like the rock wall, zip line, archery, and Gaga Ball.
Camp DaKaNi allows kids to experience the wonder, challenges, and self-discovery that can only be found outdoors! Each camper will be challenged in new ways in a nurturing, encouraging environment to build self-worth, confidence, and communication skills within their own peer group, or "Home in the Woods."

CAMP INFORMATION
Program times
We offer 8 individual weeks of day camp, Monday through Friday. The hours for day camp are 9:00 am - 3:30pm. We do also a program to extend the camp day (see Extended Camp page for more information here).
Week 1: June 3 - June 7
Week 2: June 10 - June 14 *OVERNIGHT
Week 3: June 17 - June 21
Week 4: June 24 - June 28

Week 5: July 1 - July 5
Week 6: July 8 - July 12
Week 7: July 15 - July 19

Cost & dISCOUNTS
Deposits and payments will be made through CampMinder. Deposits are nonrefundable and a way to hold your camper's spot.
Day Camper & CAT: $340
($40 deposit + $300 tuition)
Counselor Aid: $250
($40 deposit + $210 tuition)
*must have completed CAT program
Extended Camp: $115
($15 deposit + $100 tuition)
Overnight Camper: $725
($100 deposit + $625 tuition)
To make camp as accessible as possible, we offer unique discounts and financial aid so everyone can experience the magic of Camp. See our unique offerings below.
Additional Sessions: All additional sessions are $15 off.
Siblings: Each sibling registered after the first will receive $15 off cost of tuition.
Financial Aid: Full deposit is required. Financial Aid can be between 30-60% off tuition. We find that percentage using a scale that takes in account the total number of members in the household as well as the total household income. Please email documentation to info@campfirehok.org
